Can I run wordpress or other opensource on my account?

Yes. You're managing your account and you can install and configure whatever you want subjected to the terms & conditions.

What is the difference between reseller and shared hosting?

The Shared Web Hosting plans are for a single owner; we provide one control panel for your domain. We do not support reselling on the Shared plans.

The Reseller Hosting plans are intended for an owner who wants to sell hosting; we provide control panels based ont he pack subscribed for each domain. If you need multiple SSL certificates or multiple IP addresses, you must choose a Reseller account. If you want WHM and control over DNS zones, you must choose a Reseller account.

How long will it take to activate my account?

Domain activation takes place with 48 hours and your hosting account takes 30 minutes from the time of recieving your payments.

How much notice do I have to give to cancel my account?

Let us know up to seven days before your hosting account expires. After that, the invoice is due.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept presently Bank Transfer and the details are given while processing your order regarding transfer of funds!

Can I upgrade my account?

You can upgrade your services at any time but your existing pack will be cancelled and you will be subscribed to the new pack from the date of billing.

Can you provide a custom package?

Yes you can send us your requirement to mail@ejwebtech.com or place a support ticket with our technical department to get you the quote for your taylor made plans.

Do you have a test IP/download test?

Yes we do have a test IP for our server based in MADRAS and we also have got a demo of our cPanel account.

What guarantee do I have, if I am not satisfied?

We offer a seven-day-money-back guarantee. The seven days are calculated from the day of activation of your services with us. The seven days money back guarantee is only available form Linux Shared Hosting & Linux Reseller Hosting Only. Other services are not entitled for this 7 days money back guarantee. If our hosting service does not live up to your expectations, simply contact us within seven days of Hosting Account set up for a refund. We ask only that you tell us how we can improve our service!
